SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Scale Architects, LLC (“Scale Architects,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers an optional SMS text messaging service to participants enrolled in coaching and workshop programs on the Scale Architects platform. These messages are transactional session reminders, not marketing or promotional messages.

2. Message Content & Frequency

If you opt in, you will receive text message reminders before upcoming coaching sessions or workshops. Messages include:

• A reminder that your session is the next day
• A prompt to complete your pre-session preparation if not yet submitted
• A link to your session prep page on the platform

Frequency:You will receive at most one (1) text message per scheduled session, sent approximately 24 hours before the session. Typical participants receive 1–2 messages per month, depending on their session schedule. Message frequency varies based on your coaching program.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to SMS reminders in any of the following ways:

• During invitation acceptance:When you accept your program invitation and create your account, you can provide your phone number and enable the “Send me text reminders before sessions” option.
• In your profile settings: At any time, you can add or update your phone number and enable SMS reminders from your profile page on the platform.

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS reminders, you consent to receive text messages from Scale Architects at the number you provided.

4. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using either of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Profile settings:Log in to your account, go to your profile, and toggle off “SMS pre-session reminders.”

Opting out of SMS does not affect your email notifications or your participation in any coaching program.

6. Costs

There is no charge from Scale Architects for receiving text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of sending session reminder messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is stored securely and is accessible only to you and your program administrator.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text message or through the platform before the changes take effect.
